Terms and conditions of use

Luckroute.com is intended for the sale of various products and services over the Internet, both its own and third parties, being certain its commitment to seek quality and safety in all operations carried out Through the Portal. Accordingly, we have developed this Terms and Conditions of Use so that you are aware of the general conditions that must be observed when using said Portal.

1. OBJECT

The purpose of these conditions is to define the general conditions of sale established between Luckroute and the User from the time of application to the various services provided by Luckroute, such as the modes of payment and the conditions of delivery of the goods.

These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to carry out the order and guarantee the follow-up of this transaction between the contracting parties.

2. ORDER

You can place your order online at Luckroute Online stores.

To finalize your order the User must provide the personal data, such as your name, address, etc. For this, the User must fill in all the required fields of the order form for this purpose.

By making your request, the User expresses its full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of sale, prices and description of the products contemplated in this transaction. These general conditions of sale shall be the only applicable between the two parties.

Any dispute over this last point will be resolved through an exchange of information and with the guarantees mentioned below.

In the absence of availability of the product, Luckroute undertakes to inform the User and to reimburse the User for any amounts that may have been paid within a maximum period of thirty (30) days from the date of knowledge of such unavailability.

3. DELIVERY

The delivery of the requests will be done at the address that appears in our database. The order is delivered to your home. If you are not at the indicated address, a telephone contact is made to combine the delivery or a postcard is left with which the User must collect your order.

We deliver worldwide.

Shipping and delivery costs are calculated according to the destination and weight of the order.

Depending on your country of residence, customs duties may apply. The customs duties shall be borne by the customer.


4. PAYMENT

All purchases made on our site are 100% secure.

Luckroute partners with “abc” to ensure the security of their payments. Luckroute has chosen to secure your payments with “abc” by encrypting the connection for your network transactions. The payment symbol or means that your payment is secure. The name “abc” may appear on the status of your bank account. If our security department's security agent suspects fraud, Luckroute has the right to cancel a transaction.

Payment must be made on the date of order, by one of the following means:

A. Payment by credit card:

Requests made by Credit Card are subject to confirmation from our “abc” security system if the request is denied you should contact the bank, or entity issuing your card, for further clarification.

Note: In order to validate your request and send it to you as soon as possible, in some cases you will have to send us a copy of your identity card or passport. In keeping with our payment security commitments, we want to verify the information you provided when you placed your order. This is part of our desire to fight fraud in Internet transactions and thus protect all our customers.




B. Payment with transfer:

The bank transfer will have to be consummated within 1 week from the moment the order was made. After this deadline, the order will be canceled.

To simplify the processing of your order, do not forget to enter the order number when you make the bank transfer.


C. Payment with Paypal:

You can pay quickly and securely with your PAYPAL account or your debit/credit card, without having to share any kind of financial information with Luckroute. If you are already a PAYPAL customer, you can enter your account details to proceed with payment.

In case you are not a PAYPAL customer, you will be asked for the data to pay the order through your credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express), or you can still open a PAYPAL account.

After successfully creating your PAYPAL account, you can use it in our online bookstore or any other member.


5. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

Luckroute only processes an order placed by a customer upon confirmation of payment, and it cannot guarantee the availability of the items until the beginning of the processing. On the product sheet, you will find the estimated date for receipt of the order. At the estimated time for shipment plus the time of transport depends on the carrier you choose and the destination of your order.

Luckroute only dispatches on weekdays. In this way, neither weekends nor holidays are counted towards estimated delivery of parcels.

In any case, the estimated delivery dates are indicative only. In the event of any goods ordered, Luckroute may choose to

  1. contact the supplier to inquire about the possibility of replacement of the missing article, contacting the customer in case the delivery period or the price of the article changes, Will continue after consent given by the client; Or

  2. Cancel the order by reimbursing the customer for all amounts paid.

Any delay in the dispatch of articles, compared to the estimated dates presented, does not confer the right to compensation.


6. PRICES

The sales prices indicated on the website are in U.S, with taxes and fees included. Delivery charges are at the customer's expense and are charged at the end of the order, depending on the products selected.

Luckroute reserves the right to modify the prices at any time, however it tries to apply the tariffs in force that were indicated on the site at the moment the customer places the order.

Please be advised that if the indicated price is incorrect and is manifestly derisory, regardless of its cause (computer bug, manual error, technical error, etc.), the order will be canceled even if it has already been confirmed.


7. GUARANTEES

All articles can be exchanged or refunded except those mentioned otherwise. The exchange or request for refund must be made within 30 days after the date of receipt.

In the case of exchange, if the new order is higher cost, the User will have to pay the difference, adding to the exchange request the payment of the remainder or doing so in the act of lifting the new order.

In the event of a request for reimbursement of a purchased item at a reduced price due to a special offer, Luckroute will reimburse the amount actually paid by the User and not in full.

All articles are covered by a contractual guarantee, without prejudice to the legal guarantee.

The legal guarantee also applies to defects due to the packaging, the installation instructions or the installation (provided that you comply with the installation instructions).

All equipment is covered by the Manufacturer Warranty, 2 Years, guaranteed by the respective brands.

In the case of defective or defective products, you must communicate the same, informing the number of your order and the description of the malfunction:

The costs of returning or collecting items within the warranty period will be borne by Luckroute.

In the case of out-of-warranty equipment, Luckroute also provides technical assistance and can inform and send defective or malfunctioning goods to Luckroute. The articles will be analyzed by the Luckroute after-sales service which will issue a technical opinion and its repair budget if this is the case. Repairs are only initiated after the user accepts the budget. If you prefer, you can go directly to the Brand Repair Centers to request technical assistance with your equipment.

8. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Applicable on purchases made at the stores of Luckroute.

The Customer may cancel his order at any time until delivery of the same, with the right to reimbursement of all amounts paid. Upon receipt of the order by the Customer, the Customer may exercise his right of a free resolution under the terms legally provided and indicated below.

  1. Failure to pay the order within 7 days after the date it was made implies the automatic cancellation of the same.

  2. All promotional campaigns have limited and exclusive stock for online marketing. In the case of unavailability of the product and/or stock breach, you will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order with the right to reimbursement of the respective amount paid.

  3. Within the scope of its Customer Satisfaction Policy, and under applicable legal terms, Luckroute makes it possible to return (contract) articles within 30 days from the date of receipt by the Customer, without payment of compensation and without Need to state the reason.

  4. In order to do so, Customer must communicate its intention in writing, via e-mail to our Customer Service: Customer Service Form. The articles must be returned within 30 days after receipt accompanied by the original.


The return of articles must comply with the following conditions:

  1. Restitution of goods in good condition (in conditions of sale), with original packaging and accompanied by the respective cash receipt or invoice. More also the original product label, original items/accessories/packaging / warranty certificates and/or warranty card.

  2. Returns are not accepted where the product is not properly conditioned or is not in the right conditions, in case it is damaged in any way, the return will not be accepted and upon request will be sent back to the customer.

  3. We do not accept orders returned to the collection.


If the packaging is damaged and the articles have obvious use marks, we will not be able to accept the exchange nor the return of the value.

After contacting our Customer Service Department, you will be given the return instructions, you must send us the item properly packed, with original packaging, to our address.

If you choose to return the value we inform you that:

  1. Repayment is made by the same means of payment.

  2. The shipping costs for our address are the responsibility of the customer. Luckroute will collect, according to the situation presented, at no additional cost, for customers harmed by the transportation or technical problem detected.

  3. The return will only be made after the technical verification of the condition of the product and verification of compliance with the conditions described above.


9. TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

Luckroute assumes the commitment to privacy and security of your personal data and states that these will only be used in the context of order processing, news submission and product disclosure.

All elements of Luckroute's stores, whether visual or sound, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademark or patent. They are the exclusive property of Luckroute. The User who has a personal Internet Site and wishes to place, for personal use, on his Site a simple direct link to the homepage of the Luckroute Site, must request permission from Luckroute. In this case, this is not an implicit affiliation or partnership agreement.

On the other hand, any hyperlink linked to the Luckroute Site and using the framing or in-line linking technique is formally prohibited.

In any case, any link, even tacitly authorized, should be withdrawn at the simple request of Luckroute.
