Delivery times and payment

The estimated delivery time begins to count from the confirmation of your payment, not when you register the order. Then the order goes through the logistics and delivery processes.

Payment Confirmation

Credit card payments take up to 12 hours to confirm (on business days) due to the anti-fraud security process and we also support PayPal.

Ticket and bank wire clearing are confirmed within 2 business days. This deadline is defined by banks.

When we confirm your payment, our system will send you an email informing you of the change in the status of your order, which will be changed from "New - Awaiting Confirmation of Payment" to "Accepted Payment - Confirmed Payment".

Logistics

Once we confirm your payment, your order goes to the logistics. This is the process of separation and packaging of products.

"Custom" products may take longer to receive at the store and in this case, you will be alerted at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Product shipment usually takes up to one business day after confirmation of your payment in our system, except for "on-demand" products.

At this time, our system sends an email informing you of the change in the status of your order, which will be changed to "Request in Transportation".

The delivery time is estimated by the Post and the carriers. Luck Route works with carriers of recognized competence and, normally, deliveries occur within the estimated time frame.

For legal purposes, due to the unpredictability of the facts, such as natural disasters, accidents, robberies, robberies, among others, Luck Route stipulates that deliveries can take place in up to 60 calendar days.

It is important to note that all packages have trackers, making it possible to monitor the transport until delivery.

Delivery Modes (and estimated average terms)

The modes of delivery available depend on the type, weight and size of the products, in addition to the recipient's zip code. You can set your preference when closing the order. However, if we deem it necessary, we may select another carrier for the safer or guaranteed delivery of the goods.

1. Post offices

These average delivery times are estimated by the Post Office and may differ according to your postal code.

  • CAP for Capital: Average of 8 business days, after the date of shipment.

  • Outside State Capitals: Average of 11 business days, after the date of shipment.

  • States in the Northern region of the country generally take more than 4 or 5 business days beyond the average time estimated by the Post Office.

The Post Office makes two delivery attempts, the first being on the same day as the delivery of the object of the distribution unit of the Post Office. The second will be held on the following business day.

If the 02 attempts of home delivery are frustrated, the object will be available for withdrawal at the post office closest to the address of the recipient, for a period of 07 calendar days. After this period the object will be returned to Luck Route.

2. Carriers

If your product needs to be delivered by a carrier, the deadline depends on a lot on your region.

Cities with more than 1,000,000 inhabitants in the South, Southeast, Midwest and Northeast regions have frequent departing carriers, and the average term is 6 to 10 business days after the date of shipment. In the North region, this average term is extended to 20 working days.

Minor cities in the South, Southeast, Midwest and Northeast regions have an estimated average term in up to 20 business days after the date of shipment. In the North region, the deadline may be longer than 30 business days.

Delivery attempts

For the delivery of any object, it is necessary that there is a person at the place of destination to receive it.
